Our reading pillows are machine washable! Remove the zip cover pillowcase and throw it in your washer. We recommend you wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. When your pillow case is clean, we recommend you hang dry. When it is dry, just slip it back onto the pillow and you’re good to go. We accept all returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase**. If you are looking to exchange a product, shipping will be at a discounted rate of $3. If your purchase arrived with damage please ignore the below and email us directly at support@bookbeau.com.

Book Beau is a small business and in order to give our customers what they want, we open pre-orders for new designs and item restocks! Pre-orders usually take about 8-10 weeks to be shipped from the initial launch date of the new pre-order. We strive to communicate and keep customers informed with updates and progress reports.
