All authorized resellers may place an order via email atwholesale@bookbeau.com
Warehouse hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST. The warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders typically ship in 2-4 business days after an order is completed.
All shipments are FOB North Richland Hills, TX. Liability for loss or damage in transit shall be the responsibility of the reseller. Book Beau is not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages.
All shipments will include a packing slip. Invoices are emailed separately to the address on file. The order number on the packing slip will be the same as the invoice number.
Each dealer order must total $200 or more. Items must be ordered in multiples of case packs. For example, packs of book beaus should be ordered in multiples of 10 (10 packs, 20 packs, 30 packs, and so on).
All opening orders must be prepaid, unless otherwise authorized. Terms may be extended on re-orders upon completion of a credit check and subject to approval by Book Beau.
Invoices may be paid by credit card, check, wire transfer or PayPal. Interest will be charged at the rate of 1% per month (12% per annum) on past due balances.
Resellers may not sell or advertise Book Beau products from a website that references any of Book Beau’s registered names in its URL.
Resellers may not customize, print on, or alter the design of any Book Beau's product or package without prior written consent from Book Beau.
Book Beau may refuse to sell to any authorized resellers who:
sell or advertise any products below the MSRP
sell Book Beau products outside the manufacturer’s packaging.
sell Book Beau products on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Craigslist and other similar sites. By placing a wholesale order, you authorize Book Beau to contact the appropriate third-party site to request that they terminate your listing of Book Beau products.
