It was a difficult decision for our Team to make, but we have currently turned off International shipping with the exception of Canada for the time being. We hate to do this,ut with everything happening in the world today, too many International packages are experiencing significant delays and even losses, which can ruin your experience with us. We want to take care of our BBs around the world and we’re looking into better ways to do that. (Hopefully Amazon around the world!) Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. Â
It has come to our attention that orders being sent to Canada may incur additional fees at customs. We are looking into ways to make this easier for our Canadian BB's. In the mean time, keep an out for an email from Canadian Customs requesting payment.

We do offer custom fabric orders, currently the minimum order is 1000 or more Beaus. We do offer other bulk order options as well.

Our Fulfillment Manager rocks so our customers have gotten accustomed to super fast shipping! While we usually ship within a day or two, you can expect your order to ship within 5 - 7 business days. You will also receive an email confirmation when it is shipped that includes tracking information.Â
If you ordered a pre-order item with an in-stock item, then your order will ship together on the pre-order date.
Pre-orders typically ship out 8 to 10 weeks after the pre-order closes.

We accept all returns or exchanges for book sleeves, reading pillows, preading pillow covers, and other book beau products within 30 days of your purchase. If you are looking to exchange a product, shipping will be at a discounted rate of $3. If your purchase arrived with damage please ignore the below and email us directly at support@bookbeau.com.
Our merch is from a third part on demand printing service. All merch sales are final unless there is a defect in the product.
Please note that the tshirts and hoodies run a little small so for a looser fit we recommend sizing up.

3. Once you have shipped your return/exchange please email us at support@bookbeau.com with the tracking number along with any details regarding your exchange (product, design, size... etc.)
4. Upon receiving your return our Customer Service team will work as quickly as humanly possible to send you an invoice and once it is paid (or refunded if it's exchanging for a less expensive item) we will send you your new Beau!Â

Book Beaus are perfect to help keep your Beaus safe when you’re at home or on the go! Just slip your book into a Beau, zip the top, and your book will be protected from the dangers and hazards of purses, backpacks, etc.!
We recommend spot washing due to the way we make our Beaus. We, along with a lot of our customers, recommend using a Tide Pen or your favorite detergent to spot/hand wash your Beau. After washing, we recommend you air dry for best results. You can also Iron your Beau on a low setting and it will be photo ready.
Our Bean covers are completely removable and machine washable! Just unzip, pull them off the pillow, turn them inside out and wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry to keep your Bean soft and fuzzy after cleaning.Â
We now have a line of water and stain resistant sleeves. Our sleeves are water-resistant, not waterproof. It is possible for some water to creep in if submerged under water. Because of this, we don’t recommend you take your book on any deep sea diving adventures. However, your books and devices will be protected from your everyday spills and accidents.Â
If you have a pillow from back when we used the fold over covers instead of the zippers, first of all, thank you so much for sticking around with us for so long. We've made so many improvements and changes over the years and you've been right there with us helping make it possible. One of the things that has been improved is the reading pillow.
Because of this, if you'd like a new pillow case, we recommend getting a new pillow as well for the best fit.
If there are no reading pillows on the site, then we most likely just ended a pre-order. Any remaining products from the pre-order will be added back into the shop once the pre-order ships.
If we are sold out, we assure you we are working hard to get pillows back in the store ASAP.

Beans are a life-changing pillow! Originally intended as a reading pillow to prop those heavy books up while you’re reading, our Beans are fantastic for so many things! When we upgraded our website, unfortunately we were not able to integrate a convenient way to access your store credit. If you believe you have store credit, just shoot us an email at support@bookbeau.com and we'll give you your credit in the form of a coupon!
**No minimum purchase necessary. In order to use credit across several orders, it will need to be broken up into different coupons. Just let our customer service rep know how you would like it split.**
In the bottom left corner of our website there is a blue shopping bag icon. If you click on that a pop up will come up and give you the opportunity to login. From there you can see your current point balance as well as other ways you can accumulate them. There is also a section where you move your Boba points into a Boba Cash discount code once you accumulate enough. $30/$50 is the minimum that must be met before shipping and handling for Boba Cash to be valid.Â

We do sometimes bring back fabrics that you tell us you love, but the some of our prints are run once or twice and then retired so we can keep bringing you new designs and products. We try to share the most current pictures of our items on social media but sometimes by the time you see them we have already sold out. We are working hard to keep more inventory in stock and provide you with awesome choices all the time!
We are in the process of developing new products but do not have current release dates. As soon as we do we will announce them in our newsletter which you can sign up for above!
