HOW DO I USE A BEAU ?
Book Beaus are perfect to help keep your Beaus safe when you’re at home or on the go! Just slip your book into a Beau, zip the top, and your book will be protected from the dangers and hazards of purses, backpacks, etc.!
HOW DO I USE A BEAN ?
Beans are a life-changing pillow! Originally intended as a reading pillow to prop those heavy books up while you’re reading, our Beans are fantastic for so many things! Check out our Bean product page for a deep dive into the many ways to use your Bean, from an armrest while playing video games, a back pillow, travel pillow, a snuggle pillow, and more!
HOW DO I WASH MY BEAU AND BEAN ?
We recommend spot washing due to the way we make our Beaus. We, along with a lot of our customers, recommend using a Tide Pen or your favorite detergent to spot/hand wash your Beau. After washing, we recommend you air dry for best results. You can also Iron your Beau on a low setting and it will be photo ready.
Our Bean covers are completely removable and machine washable! Just unzip, pull them off the pillow, turn them inside out and wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry to keep your Bean soft and fuzzy after cleaning.
ARE BOOK BEAUS WATERPROOF ?
No. We tried creating a waterproof beau and weren't happy with the results. We are back to the grind on figuring out ways to make that happen in the future. In the meantime, most of our customers have found that our Book Beaus do protect their books from spills, even though they aren't officially waterproof.
I WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER
Our Fulfillment Manager ships so quickly that we may not be able to catch your order to make a change, so please double check the shipping address and what you are ordering before you checkout. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if we haven't shipped it out we will try to make the requested change.
I RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE IS THE OTHER HALF ?
If you’ve only received part of your order, the other half is likely a pre-order item! Check our handy Pre-Order page to see if the item you’re waiting on is part of one of our pre-orders. If not, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we would be happy to help!
I LIVE OUT OF THE US, HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ?
It was a difficult decision for our Team to make, but we have currently turned off International shipping for the time being. We hate to do this, but with everything happening in the world today, too many International packages are experiencing significant delays and even losses, which can ruin your experience with us. We want to take care of our BBs around the world and we’re looking into better ways to do that. (Hopefully Amazon around the world!) Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE/DEALER PRICING? CUSTOM OR BULK ORDERS ?
Yes. We do offer wholesale pricing!
We do offer custom fabric orders, currently the minimum order is 1000 or more Beaus. We do offer other bulk order options as well.

WHEN WILL MY BOOK BEAU SHIP ?
Our Fulfillment Manager rocks so our customers have gotten accustomed to super fast shipping! While we usually ship within a day or two, you can expect your order to ship within 5 - 7 business days. You will also receive an email confirmation when it is shipped that includes tracking information.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP ?
Pre-orders typically ship out 8 to 10 weeks after the pre-order closes.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
The customer is responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Book Beau does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
COUPON/ DISCOUNT CODES
We offer coupon codes and discounts on different avenues. Type "Send Discount" in Facebook Messenger to get our latest code.
PLEASE NOTE that only one code can be used on an order, and most codes can only be used one time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?
If you have any trouble with your order please message us on Book Beau Facebook, or email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have received your order, and are unhappy with it in any way, contact us and we will help you mail it back to our return address. If it is in New condition, within 30 days, you may request a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. If it is after 30 days please email us to discuss options.

WHY DO I SEE PICTURES OF BOOK BEAU DESIGNS THAT AREN'T FOR SALE IN THE SHOP ?
We do sometimes bring back fabrics that you tell us you love, but the some of our prints are run once or twice and then retired so we can keep bringing you new designs and products. We try to share the most current pictures of our items on social media but sometimes by the time you see them we have already sold out. We are working hard to keep more inventory in stock and provide you with awesome choices all the time!
DO YOU HAVE MORE NEW PRODUCTS LIKE LAPTOP BAGS AND CELL PHONE CASES COMING OUT ?
We are in the process of developing new products but do not have current release dates. As soon as we do we will announce them in our newsletter which you can sign up for above!
WHERE WILL BB BE THIS YEAR FOR EVENTS ?
UPDATE 4/2020 Due to the current safety restrictions in place across the world for COVID-19, all events we planned to attend this year have been canceled. Stay tuned for upcoming events we will be attending next year when it is again safe to gather all of us book nerds together! We can’t wait to see you all again!
